Proofello uses Shopify account access only to help merchants create, send, and manage design proofs for their own customers.
The app may process draft order details, customer name and email, proof images, customer proof comments, uploaded revision references, merchant settings, and proof activity events.
Proofello does not sell customer data. Data is used to provide proof management, status tracking, Shopify writeback, notifications, and merchant support.
Merchants can request help with access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support@proofello.app.
